| 本文采用逐步回归的方法分析了天津市409名11~16岁初中学生血压与年龄、身高、体重、心率、血脂、尿钠、尿钾等18个因素的关系,并结合相关分析、向均数的回归的计算等方法,分析了儿童最初测量的血压水平与儿童血压的联系。认为,影响该人群血压的主要因素有年龄、体重、心率。此外,父母的血压,特别是父母的平均血压以及儿童本身最初测量的血压水平是预告儿童将来血压水平的很强的因素。儿童血压水平是有相对稳定性的。 |

| The blood pressure of 409 school-children aged 11~16 was analysed to elucidate the relationship of 18 factors including age, body length & weight, heart rhythm, blood lipoid, urinary sodium & potassium etc.to blood pressure using progressive regression, in combination with interrelation analysis, regression towards average and other methods. With basic level of blood pressure as a background, the author believed that age > weight and heart rhythm were the main influencing factors. Besides, the parents’ blood pressure,especially their mean values, （of both parents) and the basic blood pressure of children themselves might be important factors in predicting the later manifestation of B. P.By and large, the level of children’s blood pressure is relatively stable. |
