本文报道了宁夏回族自治区首次从银川郊区、永宁县、贺兰县当地476份单侧猪肾,用切尔斯基培养法分离出6株钩体,经13群15型钩体血清凝集试验和吸收试验,鉴定为波摩那型,总分离率为1.3%。
从银川郊区62份猪血清中查出波摩那群抗体阳性7份,豕群抗体阳性2份;从灵武县33份猪血清中查出群抗体阳性8份,两地猪血清总抗体阳性率为17.9%。文中还讨论了今后工作重点应放在发现钩体病人上。 |

| Six strains of leptospira were isolated from kidneys of 476 slaughtered pigs and identified as L.Pomona by agglutination and absorption test with 13 serogroups 15 serotypes of leptospiral immune sera in Ningxia Autonomous Region in 1980-81.And 7 of 62 serum samples Obtained from auto-chthonous pigs in the suburbs of Yinchuan City were found positive for antibody against L.pomona nat and 8 of 33 serum samples obtained from autochthonous pigs in Lingwu,County positive for an tibody against L.tarassovi. |
