本文报告了四川省崇庆县1981年传染病漏报情况。用整群抽样的办法,访问了550户,2,379人。1~10月发生法定传染病51例(发病率2.14%)。就诊47例(就诊率92.16%),未诊4例(未诊率7.84%),误诊7例(误诊率14.89%),疫情上报9例(报告率22.50%),漏报31例(漏报率77.50%)。
通过调查,找出了疫情漏报的原因:疫情报告网不够健全、医务人员对疫情报告认识不足、病志未恢复、抽查数量太少。针对上述问题,提出今后应进一步巩固疫情报告网、加强医务人员传管知识的培训、建立病志扩大抽查人数等改进意见。 |

Five hundred and fifty families(2,379 persons) were surveyed for the unre ported rate of notifiable communicable diseases by the cluster sampling method in Chongqing County, Sichuan Province in 1981. From January to October, 51 suspected cases were discovered and the rate of the cases was 2.14%. Fourty seven of them had their clinical diagnosis confirmed. Four cases were neglected and the rate was 7.84%. Seven cases were not treated in time and the rate was 14.89%. Nine (22.50%) cases had been reported and 31 (77.50%) cases unreported. It was found that the causes of such a high unreported rate are:
1. poor reporting net work;
2. medical workers lacking proper training in reporting;
3. medical records not kept in proper condition to be checked. |
