| 本文介绍用随机、双盲和安慰对照的流脑A群多糖菌苗的现场观察结果。总共观察1~15岁儿童274,725人,A4菌苗组发病率2.20/10万,安慰剂组发病率43.16/10万,菌苗保护率为94.91%,对1,091人观察了注射后的反应。注射后6小时的发热率为6.25%, 24小时降至正常儿童的发热水平,局部反应,24小时仅有红晕,其发生率5.14%, 48小时为0.55%,未见异常反应。菌苗免疫人体后的抗体应答,免后三周GMT达69.97,比免前增长14.14倍,四倍增长率87.71%与安慰剂组的自然增长率24.93%比较,P<0.001。其GMT:四倍增长率和保护率均比菌体、提纯菌苗高,而副反应更低。 |

| The efficacy of meningococcus group A polysaccharide vaccine was studied in placebo-controlled, randomized, double-blind trials in 274,725 children aged 1-15. The incidence rate of epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis per 100,000 A4 strain vaccine recipients was 2.20VS 43.16 for the placebo group.Side reactions were observed among 6.25% of the 1091 vaccine recipients including fever and transient local erythemas. Fever was observed at the sixth hour after vaccination, but the fever rate fell into the same level of that of the nonvaccinated children. Transient local erythemas was also observed 5.14% of the recipients within 24 hours after inoculatin. The 4 fold antibody increasing ratein 87.71% of the vaccinated group with a Geometric Mean Titre (GMT) of 69.97, 14 fold higher than the Pre-vaccination level, was signigicaatly higher than the 24.93% in the placebo group.Group A polysaccharide vaccine(Compared with bacterial vaccine and purified vaccine) induced much higher antibody response and gave higher protection rate aad less side reaction. |
