| 用罗马尼亚引进的T32痢疾杆菌制成的冰棍剂型菌苗,在现场成人与学龄儿童间进行了效果验证。连服5次剂量,总菌数为1.39122×1011。结果细菌学保护力达100%,临床效果为62.39%,使发病率降低31.70%。同时,该菌苗在不同种痢疾当中有交叉保护作用,它的效果比依链株好、安全。 |

| A vacciae against shigellosis was prepared In the form of popiiclef using Shigella strain T32, introduced from Roumania. Field trial was carried out among adults and school children. The vaccinees took five consecutive oral doses with the total number of live bacterial cells of 1,39122×1011 The result obtained proved satisfactory. Bacteriologically the protection rate reached 100%, clinically 62.39% and epidemioiogically 31.7% in term of reduction of morbidity. The vaccine strain appeared characterized by high protection ratefcross protection between different Shigella species. In addition, its safty was superior to Smd-strain. |
