| Fourty-four samples of feces obtained from patients with bacillary dysentery and 573 from patients without bacillary dysentery were examined for immu-nofluoresence of bacterial ball and routine cultivation methods in paralle. The rate of coincidence with positive results was 88.2%. The result of the examination was satisfactory. It was found to possess the advantage of yielding rapid diagnosis, being sensitiv and relatively specific. |
