| 河南省新野县自1980年以来共发生流行性出血热(EHF)患者65例。为了确定这些患者的传染来源,1982年6月,在重点发病地区捕获各种鼠类53只,用间接荧光抗体试验(IFAT)检查每只鼠肺冷冻切片,发现11只中有1只黑线姬鼠,38只中6只褐家鼠和1只黄胸鼠(只查一只)自然携带EHF病毒抗原,并根据荧光形态特点和定位以及对EHF病人双份血清检查结果,证实了这三种鼠肺抗原的特异性。 |

| Since 1S80, 5 cases of Epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF) have been found in Xinye County, Henan Province. 53 rodents of various species from the endemic area were examined in June, 1982 to search for the source of infection. Frozen section preparations of lung tissue of the animals were made for the detection of the viral antigen by means of indirect fluorescent antibody test(IFAT). It was found that 1 of 11 Apodemus agrarius, 6 of 38 Rattus norvesgicus and 1 Rattus flavipectus harbored the EHF viral antigen in their lungs. The specificity of these viral antigens was further confirmed by their characteristics of immuno fluorescence and by the raise of titer in the paired sera of EHF patients. |
