      本文应用Q热立克次体微量凝集试验检查新疆地区216份热性病人、有肝炎症状和体征患者,以及其它疾患病人的血清标本其阳性率为9.7%,并对其中35份临床诊断为肺炎、伤寒、发热待诊及肝炎患者血清标本用MA、CF及IFA平行检查,结果表明MA抗体滴度与CF、IFA抗体滴度之间有非常显著的相关。对9份Q热病人血清标本以2ME处理后,用MA试验检测IgM凝集素,其中至少有6份滴度下降4倍以上,最显著者≥32倍,与间接免疫荧光试验检测其抗体的结果相一致。
英文摘要:
      An application of microagglutination test(MA) in the detection of antibodies against Coxiella burnetii in human sera was reported.The sera from 216 hospitalized patients with febrile illness, hepatic involvement and other disease in the Xinjiang Uighur Autonomous Region were tested.The positive rate of MA in 216 cases was 9.7%, 35 serum samples(cliaically diagnosed asapneumoniav “typhoid”, “fever of unknown” and “liepatitis”) were examined by MA, complement fixation(CF) and indirect fluorescent antibody(IFA) test. The titer obtained by these tests was very correlative. Sera from 9 patients with Q fever were treated with 2ME and tested with MA.Titer of 6 samples decreased above 4 times, maximally≥32 times after 2ME treatment.MA titer detected in this way gave the same result as that detected by IFA for IgM.
