| 本文应用微量固相放射免疫法对河南地区1，064名正常健康人进行了抗-HBs的分布调查。结果发现277人阳性（26.1%），男、女间无显著差异（分别为26.6、25.7%）。各年龄组抗-HBs阳性者分别为：0~9岁27.1%；10~19岁36.9%；20~29岁25.2%；30~39岁24.8%；40~49岁25.0%；50岁以上19.6%。10~19岁最高。实验室和血库人员抗-HBs阳性占46.2%。此外对职业和城乡分布也做了调查。 |

| Using micromethod of solid-phase radioimmu-noessay,1,064 healthy persons in Henan province were tested for anti-HBS antibody. The result showed that 277 of them were positive (totally 26.1%).No statistically significant difference was seen between male (26.6%) and female(25.7%). The positivity in various age groups was as following:0-9 age 27.1%, 10-19 age 36.9%, 20-29 age 25.2%, 30-39 age 24.8%,40-49 age 25.0%, ≥ 50 age 19.6%. It was concluded that the maximal positivity lay in the age group of 10-19 age.The positive number of personnel working in revelant laboratories and blood banks accounted for 46.2% of the total positivity. A further reseach was made on the anti-HBs antibody distribution among different professions and urban and rural residents. |
