为了比较静脉血和末梢血抗体滴度的差别情况，我们选择了19例乙型脑炎住院病人，同时采集静脉血和末梢血，并用血凝抑制试验进行抗体滴度检测。
发现73.69%病人末梢血的抗体滴度比静脉血低2~4倍；10.52%低8~16倍；而15.79%是相等的。当静脉血抗体滴度低于1：20时，末梢血抗体就出现阴性，在静脉血抗体阳性的病人中，末梢血有31.58%是阴性。静脉血的最高滴度为1：1280；末梢血最高滴度为1：640。
经用非参数符号检验法，有非常显著的差异（P <0.01）。二者关系得回归方程为：?=0.6691x+1.1003 |

| In order to compare haemagglutination inhibition titers in vein and peripheral blood,19 cases of that japanese B.encephalitis were examined.It was found that patients titer in yein blood was 2-4 times higher (73.69%) than that in peripheral blood.In some patients the difference was even as great as 8 -16 times,but in 15.7% of the patients no difference was found.The titer was not able to be detected in peripheral blood when it was less than 1:20 in venous blood of the Patients with a Positive antibody in venous blood,31.58% had negative peripheral blood.The highest titer of venous blood reached 1:1280 while that in peripheral blood was 1:640.The difference of the titers in venous and peripheral blood was statistically significant (P < 0.01). |
