| 1981年5~10月，从武威县城乡三个门诊696例腹泻患者便中检出志贺氏1型菌40株，为79年的20.77倍，检出时间集中在8月2日至10月19日，占同期检出痢菌的28.78%，为菌痢流行高峰季节的主要菌型，可称志贺氏1型菌在武威已呈局限流行。对39株菌进行了生化反应及药敏试验，生化结果符合志贺氏1型菌生化特性，但少数菌株表现了发酵麦芽糖、蔗糖、阿拉伯糖、山梨醇的不同的生化类型。不少菌株同时耐多种药物，仅耐一种的占4.65%，同时耐二种的占9.30%，耐三种以上的占84.61%。 |

| Forty (40) strains of S. dysenteriae type 1 were isolated from fecal specimens of 696 diarrhea patients in Wu Wei County from May to Oct.1981. Most strains were isolated from 2 Aug.to 19 oct.S. dysenteriae type appeared to be the predominant type. Thirty nine (39) strains were tested biochemically and for ther drug resistancy.All strains showed corresponding characteristics with that of S.dysenteriae type 1 except a few which gave different reactions in fermentation of maltose,sucrose, raffinose and sorbitol.Of the strains tested 84.61%were resistant to 3 kinds of drugs,9.3% to 2 kinds and 4.65% to one kind. |
