1.本文报道了开封市郊两个村庄发生阿米巴病流行的情况，并对此作了初步的流行病学分析。
2.在本次流行中阿米巴痢疾发病率4.12%，阿米巴肝脓肿的发病率为1.2%，人群感染率为33.6%，并对三者关系作了初步探讨。
3.对甲硝咪唑杀灭阿米巴包囊的效果进行疗效观察，证明有效，经一个疗程阴转率达51.2%。 |

| An outbreak of amebiosis infection occurred at two villages near Kai-feng City, Honan Province, was reported. The morbidity of amebic dysentery and amebic liver abscess were 4.12% and 1.2% respectively. The attack rate among wide inhabitants was 33.6%.The therapeutic effect of metronidarole on amoeba cyst was observed.Results showed that 51.2% of the patients became amoeba cyst negative after a course of treatment. |
