| 在苏州地区农村中抽样检查了296名学龄前健康儿童中空肠弯曲菌的带菌情况，带菌率为7.1%，各年龄组均能检出细菌。夏季和冬季的检出频率相似，其差别无统计学意义。在空肠弯曲菌肠炎患者的51名密切接触者（学龄前儿童）中，有11名分离到空肠弯曲菌（21.6%）。有腹泻症状的接触者中阳性率更高（7/22）。在农村学龄前儿童中常年存在较高的空肠弯曲菌带菌率，应引起重视。 |

| Sampling investigation of 296 healthy pre-school children had been made in the countryside of Suzhou district for the study of carrier state of Campylobacter jejuni by isolation of bacteria from the stool samples. The positive rate was 7.1%. The bacteria could be found in all age groups. The difference between the isolation percentages during Summer and Winter had no statistical significance. The bacteria had been isolated from 11 samples in 51 pre-school children who had close contact with the patients suffering from this disease (21.6%). The isolation percentage was even higher in the children who had contact with the patients and had diarrhea as well (7/22). The fact that the high carrier percentage of Campylobacter jejuni among the healthy pre-school childeen in the countryside exists all the year round should be paid attention by the public health authorities. |
