| 本文通过对病家的流行病学调查，病原体分离及血清学追溯诊断，发现本次是一起空肠弯曲菌肠炎的爆发。研究提示，家庭内传染源是大便失禁的患儿；而患儿的感染来源很可能是接触十分密切的带菌猫。同时对猫和人中分离的三株病原体进行了生物学、血清学交叉吸收试验。研究表明，三个菌株为同型。并提出采用交叉吸收试验，在目前尚无统一血清分型系统下，对追溯传染源有一定的价值。 |

An epidemiological investigation on campylobacter enteritis has been made. Isolation of pathogenic bacteria and serological retrospective examination were used in this investigation. It was found that this was an outbreak of campylobacter enteritis The affected child was considered to be the reservior of infection within the family, and it was quite possible that the cat carrying the bacteria and having close contact with the child made him fall ill with this disease.
Results of biological study, serological study and cross absorption test on three strains isolated separately from the cat and family members showed that they were probably of the same type.
Authors considered that cross absorpation test was of great value in the retrospective investigation of reservoir of infection. |
