本文报道在兰州地区由773份急性和慢性腹泻病人粪便中，首次分离出3株小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌，经生物学、生化学和血清学系统鉴定，确定为Nilehn及Wauters二氏生物Ⅲ型，其中1株属于O：3血清型，2株属于O：9血清型，该3株细菌对常用抗菌药物均甚敏感。
作者介绍了标本采集，分离培养和菌型鉴定的体会和经验。 |

Three strains of Yersinia enterocolitica were first isolated from 773 fecal specimens of diarrhea patients in Lanzhou during 1983. The strains have been identified to be the biotype Ⅲ of Nilehn and Wauters.
According to their serotypes 1 strain was O:3 and the rest 2 were O:9. They were sensitive to most of antibiotics.
Authors also recommended their experiences in collection of specimens and isolation and identification of bacteria. |
