| 本文对1,043份血清标本的分析表明风疹血抑抗体阴性率为29.1%,且16~30岁人群中风疹血抑抗体滴度<1:32的比例较高。193名儿童接种RA27/3株风疹减毒活疫苗后,血清抗体阳转率为95.1%;免后一年的疫苗保护率为98.8%。免疫儿童中发生风疹血清再感染的占5.6%,且与免疫后抗体滴度偏低有关。 |

| Sera from 1,043 normal persons in Nanning of Guangxi Autonomous region were tested for antibodies against rubella virus with haemagglutination inhibition test. The negative rate of HI antibodies were 29.1%.In the age group of 16~30 years there was large proportion with low titre of HI antibody to rubella.193 antibody-negative children aged 1-5 years were immunized with RA27/3 strain attenuated rubella live-vaccone. The seroconversion rate of HI antibody one month after vaccintion was 95.1%, One year after vaccination the Protection rate was 98.8%. The reinfection rate of rubella in immunized childern was 0.5% (Control:40%). The rubella cases mainly occured in those (occupying 5.6% among vaccinated) With low titre of HI antibody after vaccination. |
