| 本文报告江苏省海门县三十七万各农村人口,1981年1月至1982年12月底两年内猝死的回顾性调查结果。二年内共有猝死80例,其中男性47例,女性33例,男女比例为1.47:1.男性猝死平均年龄为60.3岁,女性为73.4岁。猝死的年平均发生率为10.73/10万。冠心病是猝死的主要原因。冠心病猝死自症状出现至死亡一小时内达高峰。一小时内猝死者,冠心病占66.7%,1~6小时内占24.1%,说明猝死时间越短,冠心病猝死的可能性就越大。 |

This paper present the result of a two-year retrospective survey of sudden death in a population of 372, 737 peasant at Hai Men Count, Jiangsu Province from January 1, to Dec 31, 1982.
Eighty cases of sudden death including 47 males and 33 females occurred within these two years. Among them the average age at which they died was 60.6 years in male and 73.4 in female. The annual incidence of sudden death was 10.73/100,000. According to our data ischemic heart disease (IHD) was the main cause of sudden death, namely, 55%of 80 case died in this way. thus, the incidence of sudden death from IHD reached to 5.90/100000 The peak incidence of coronary death was within the first hour after onset of symptoms.There was 66.7%of total sudden deaths within 1 hour and 26.1% within 1-6 hours,As such a sense the shorter the period from onset of symptoms to death is, the greater the possibility of coronary death is. |
