本文对在1980年9月至1982年4月期间的北京市14所中学1165名学生的体育运动伤病发病率、分布及其发病因素进行了调查。其学年总发病率为47.21%。调查发现有17种运动伤病,以关节扭伤的发病率19.82%为最高。伤病部位构成比以手指15.7%占首位。
高中女生发病率37.20%低于高中男生和初中女生,显示性别对高中生和年级对女生的发病率有影响。地区对发病率的影响不明显,体育课内、外的发病率除高女外差别不明显。 |

This is a report of investigations on the incidence rate distribution and cause of athletic injury and diseases in 1165 students at 14 middle schools in Beijing during Sep 1980-April 1982. The total incidence rate in school year was 47.21%, Seventeen kinds of athletic injury and diseases were found and the sprain of joint had the highest incidence rate 19.82% among them. The injury of finger occupied the 1st place in the constituent ratio.
The incidence rate of girl students in senior middle schools 37.20%, was lower than that of boyl students in senior middle schools and that of gir students in junior middle schools.It showed that sex had influence on the incidence rate of students in senior middle schools, and grade had influence on that of girl, students in middle schools. But it showed that the influence of regions on the incidence rate was not significant.
The difference of the incidence rate between in and out sport classes was not significant, except for girl students in senior middle school. |
