      应用铁蛋白和辣根过氧化物酶标记抗体间接法染色免疫电镜超薄切片技术对经Vero E-6细胞从HFRS患者血清中直接分离出的二株病毒(H-8205及H8278株)的形态作了观察。在细胞胞浆基质内、胞浆空泡内及细胞外可见为铁蛋白颗粒或酶反应沉淀物附着的病毒颗粒,圆形或卵圆形,平均直径108nm,颗粒有双层膜及表面突起,膜上有小孔,颗粒内部为疏松的细颗粒状及微管状。两株病毒形态上无差别。对照组阴性。颗粒结构及在细胞内生长的特点与布尼亚病毒相似。
英文摘要:
      The morphological characteristics of two strains of HFRS virus (H-8205 and H-8278) were studied by indirect immunocytochemical staining with ferritin and horseradish peroxidase-labelled antibody on the ultrathin section by immunoelectron microscopy. The virus strains were isolated directly from patients suffering from hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome in cloned vero (E-6) cells.
The virus particles were shown to be attached to the ferritin particles and enzyme prccipitate in the cytoplasmic matrix, intracellular vesicles and extracellular spares.The average diameter of the virus was 108 nm. They were circular or oval in outline and coated by envelopes with many surface projections. In the viroplasm fine granular and raicrotubular structures were found. They had the Bunyavirus characteristic configuration. No morphological difference was found between these two strains.The control groups were negative.
