      我们于1984年10月间三次从广州某单位空调系统冷却塔水中分离出军团病杆菌。每次取该单位空调系统冷却塔水样500毫升于灭菌容器内,经4,500转/分离心30分钟,留沉渣液9毫升。另选三只体重300~400克的豚鼠,向每只腹腔内注入3毫升沉渣液。注后第四天将豚鼠杀死,取腹腔液及切碎脾脏分别接种于B CYE琼脂培养基上,在35℃空气条件下培养。
从腹腔液接种分离出的细菌作凝集反应均呈军团病菌第一种第1血清型阳性。并作间接荧光染色亦呈同样结果。
分离的菌株经日本本病研究专家鉴定亦证实为此血清型。证明我国存在此型。我们将此三菌株暂定为广州株:GZ8410、GZ8411、GZ8412。
英文摘要:
      Three strains of LDB were isolated from water samples in the cooling tower of air-conditioned system in Guangzhou, ia Oct. 1984. Each sample consisted of 500ml of water in sterile flask. They were then centrifuged in 4500/rpm for 30 minutes. 9ml of the sediment was injected intraperitoneally into 3 guinea pigs (300-400g.), each with 3ml. After 4 days the animals were sacrificed and the peritoneal fluid and minced spleen tissuse were inoculated onto BCYE agar plates, which were then incubated at 35℃.
The bacteria isolated from the peritoneal fluid were agglutinated with the diagnostic anti-serum LDB species-I, type-1. Positive result was also obtained by indirect immuno-fluorescence. The bacteria isolated were also identified by Japanese specialist. This result shows that LDB species-I, type-1 exists in China, The three strains are tentatively designated as GZ8410, GZ8411 and GZ8412 respectively.
