| 1984年我们从27年前(1957)发现该螨的青田县高湖原定捕鼠点(恙虫病高感染区)捕获的社鼠身上,采集高湖纤恙螨饱食幼虫,在与外界特别是与恙虫病感染鼠没有任何接触的实验室内,人工饲养出第二代幼虫叮咬健康小鼠,使之感染发病,并分离出恙虫病立克次体,试验证明:高湖纤恙螨(新种)能经卵传递恙虫病立克次体,能够经卵隔代传播恙虫病。本试验为确定高湖纤恙螨为恙虫病的新媒介提供了关键性的科学依据。 |

This article is to report the evidence of ovarian transmission of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi in Trombicula gaohuensis (new species) in China for the first time.
The Trombicula gaohuensis used in this study was collected from gaohu village, Qingtian County, zhejiang Province. The second generation of larvae of Trombiculagaohuensis was reared in the laboratory and used in biting the healthy mice nineteen days later, the healthy mice were found to be infected and ill.This result indicated that Trombicula gaohuensis could transmit ckettsia Tsutsugamushi disease, via ova. |
