| 洪湖县1980~1982年三年636例溺水儿童的流行病学资科表明,1~4岁特别是2岁幼儿是最危险人群,村旁池塘周围是最危险环境,塘边嬉水失足是主要起因。综合分析其它有关因素,问题集中反映在农村幼儿的入托和监护上。随着农业经济的发展及家庭结构的变化,这一问题将更为突出。认真解决目前农村儿童的入托和学前教育问题实乃当务之急。 |

| An epidemiologic analysis of 636 drowned children at honghu county revealed that the most dangerous age-group was 1-4 and 2 years of age in particular. The perilous environment was found to be somewhere nearby villege pond. The most common cause of accident was to lose ones footing by playing water, slipping & falling into the water. By analysing the related causes, the thoughts center upon the same problem, i.e. start going of the children in the country to a nursery and their guardianship, with the growing agricultural economics and changes in Chinese families structure, it seems that the abovementioned problem will be the more pressing. To promote the countryside children start going to nursery and to emphasize the preschool education deem it necessary for the moment and seems to be quite urgent for the near future in China. |
