      本文对男性125例胃癌,198例对照进行了通讯病例-对照研究分析,结果表明:无胃病史在17年前饮食中多吃含蛋白和VitB2多的粮食(小麦、玉米、豆类),多吃大蒜,少吃地瓜干,不吸烟等的人患胃癌的危险性小,这些因素的联合有进一步降低患胃癌危险性的作用,其作用机理有待进一步研究。
英文摘要:
      A case-control study in the relationship between diet and gastric cancer was conducted in Yan-tai district, Shan-dong. The cases consisted of 125 patients (males) with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathologists in Jan. 1982-Apr. 1984. The controls consisted of 198 patients (males) with nondigestive tract illnesses. Cases and controls were matched on sex age hospital and area (within five years). The information was obtained by means of a standardized questionnaire. It was found that a person with history of gastric diseases, smoking and the high consumption of dried sweet potatoes before 17 years(in 1965) had appeared the high risk of gastric cancer. The relative lower risk (odds ratio) of gastric cancer was related to the high consumption of wheat,corn, beans,garlics, watermelons, protein and viamin B2 in the same time.
