| 本文报道南通医学院附属医院婴儿室于1985年1月在两周内发生27例新生儿流行性腹泻(其中3例合并坏死性肠炎)。其粪便标本经各种肠道致病培养及电镜下病毒颗粒检查均为阴性,而21例则多次检获奇异变形杆菌,阳性率为78%。当临床症状治愈后,细菌培养迅即转阴,证实这次新生儿流行性腹泻系由奇异变形杆菌所致。从流行病学、细菌学检查及临床特点上分析,提示这次新生儿腹泻的流行与医院内感染有关。 |

| Twenty-seven cases of neonatal epidemic diarrhea (including three cases complicating nacrotic enterocolitis) occurred within two weeks in a neonatal intensive care unit of the Affiliated Hospital of Nantong Medical College in January, 1985. Proteus mirabilis was found repeatedly in stool cultures from 21 affected babies (78%), but other enteric pathogen was not obtained in stool cultures and by electronic microscopic exam from all affected babies. While the disease was cured, the bacilli returned to negative immediately. So this epidemic of neonatal diarrhea was caused by Proteus mirabilis. The analysis of epidemiology, bacteriologic finding and clinical features suggestes there is a relationship between the epidemic of neonatal diarrhea and nosocomial infections. |
