| 1983年12月至1984年8月锦州沿海地区的锦西、兴城、葫芦岛三个县(区)首次爆发家鼠型流行性出血热。发病891例,发病率为11.30/万,病死率1.12%。其特点是集中于沿海地区,一户1例占98.5%,发病男多于女。流行高峰在4~5月。病人血清EHF抗体阳性率为81.51%,疫区健康人群抗体阳性率2.35%。疫区褐家鼠抗原阳性率27.33%,抗体阳性率35.90%,其它鼠类抗原抗体均阴性。 |

In the coastal areas (Jinxi, Xingcheng and Huludao), from September 1983 to the August 1984 was the first outbreak of the domestic rat type epidemic hemorrhagic fever (EHF). In 891 cases the morbidity is 11.3/104 and mortality rate is 1.12%.
The traits of this outbreak are that the cases concentrated in coastal area, one case in one family about 98.5%, male is more than female; epidemic peak is in April to May every year. EHF antibody positive reactional rate is 81.5%. The EHF antibody positive reactional rate of healthy population in epidemic area is 2.35%, EHF antigen positive rate of brown domestic rat in the epidemic area is 27.33%, while antibody positive rate is 35.9%; the EHF antigen and antibody in the other kinds of rats are all negative |
