| 1984年天台县8个区镇有7个区镇发生HFRS病例。高发病区位于丘陵平原地带;低发病区或未发病区均系半山区和山区。本县冬季发病率最高,3~6月份发病略有上升。灭鼠可使发病率下降。1984年全县临床确诊588例HFRS病人,抽查504人,发现血清IgG抗体阳性者403人,阳性率79.96%。检测高发病区健康人群768人,血清IgG抗体阳性率2.47%;无发病区检测345人,阳性率0.58%。高发病区隐性感染率男性2.25%,女性3.15%。 |

| Hemorrhagie fever with renal syndrome (HF RS) cases occurred in 7 out of 8 districts or towns, Tiantai County, Zhejiang Province in 1984. High incidence areas were located in hilly or plain region and low or non-endemic areas in semimountainous or mountainous areas. The morbidity was highest in winter while a slight rise in March to June. Control of rodents might reduce the morbidity. 588 cases of HFRS were diagnosed clinically in the whole county in 1984. 504 of them were checked by assaying specific IgG antibody which showed positive result in 403 cases with a positive rate of 79.96%. Sera of 768 healthy individuals in high incidence area examined for specific IgG antibody showed a positive rate of 2.47%, while sera of 345 individuals in nonendemic area showed a positive rate of 0.58%. The latent infection rate of male in high incidence area was 2.25% and of female 3.15%. |
