| 本文报告从一例肺炎患者胸水与另一例肺炎患者血中检出2株嗜肺性军团病杆菌。其微生物学与血清学鉴定结果,包括培养与生化特性,对豚鼠与鸡胚致病性、脂肪酸组成,抗生素敏感试验等均与嗜肺性军团病杆菌相符。直接免疫荧光试验表明二菌均属第Ⅰ血清型嗜肺性军团病杆菌。 |

| The present paper reports that 2 strains of Legionella Pneumophila are isolated from one case with pleural fluid and another from blood with pneumonia. Results of all microbiological and serological identification indicated that the cultural and biochemical characteristics, pathogenicity in guinea pigs and chick embryos, cellular composition in fatty acids, antibiotic susceptibility test are identical to Legionella. These 2 strains have been shown to belong to serogroup Ⅰ of Legionella Pneumophila by using direct immunofluorescence test. |
