2.鼠疫杆菌的不同株(EV、559)对免疫血清杀伤敏感性及杀伤动态表现不同。前者的杀伤在接触早期就开始。后者在进入对数生长期后才开始。
4.免疫血清杀菌能力初步认为与保护力相关

| The bacterial viability of Y.pestis in animal the immune serum was studied by means of guinea pig and rabbit serum bacteriocidal assay. When Y.pestis EV and 559 (virulent) were exposed to these sera at 37℃, we found that strain EV was the first to succumb at the heginning while strain 559 reduced its clone forming only during the logarithmic phase. We demonstrated too the correlation between this serum activity and guinea pig protection but foiled in show any relationship between the titre of passive haemoagglutination and the serum activity. It is suggested that the serum bactericidal test may be a useful tool in estimating the animal protection potency. |
