中文摘要:

本文报道了1986年北京市郊县某集体单位一起嗜肺军团菌病爆发流行的情况。自1985年12月1日至1986年2月21日期间,共发现军团病患者26例,其中三例由病原菌证实,是从病人痰液直接分离到Lp-1型菌株。发病率为24.5%。
同时对本起疫情的传染来源、发病时间、发病年龄分布及带菌问题进行了讨论。

英文摘要:

This paper reports the investigative results of an outbreak of Legionnaires' Disease occuring in certainunit of a suburban county of Beijing. From December 1, 1985 to February 21, 1986, a total of 26 patients with Leginnaires' Disease were diagnosed with ELISA and three strains were isolated in the sputum samples from 3 out of 26 patients. They were identified with legionella pneumophila serogroup 1. The number of patients accounts for 24.5% of the population of this unit. Meanwhile, we discussed such questions as the source of the infection, time of onset as well as distribution of age-groups and dealt with the problem of the carrier in the patients.
