| 本文首次报告由0:9血清型、生物3型小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌引起的一起食物源性急性腹泻爆发流行。发病率为64.44%、病人的主要临床表现为腹痛(95.17%)、腹泻(56.25%)、头昏。头痛(53.40%)及发热(29.29%)。从33名病人粪便标本中分离出13株0:9血清型小肠结肠炎耶尔森氏菌。这些菌株具有典型的生化反应,大多数具有病原性。病人恢复期血清抗体滴度多在1:160以上。 |

| An acute diarrhoeal outbreak of 351 cases with the infection of Tersinia enterocolitica, serotype 0:9, biotype 3 occured in 722 students and facalties at the polytechnic school of Shengyang from March 6 to 17, 1987. The epidemiological evidences showed that the infection was related to having breakfast at the school cafeteria in which 545 persons had meal and 351 of them got the disease with 64.44 of incidence while there was 1 Patient among 253 persons who didn't have the breakfast in the control group. The geometrical titer of antibody against Yersinia enterocolitica from the patients' sera was 1:160. And 13 strains with the typical biochemical characteristics were isolated from the stools of 33 patients, and most of them are pathogenic. |
