| 本文报道辽宁省辽阳市区138例90岁以上老人的流行病学调查结果。发现本组血压具有特点,区别于其它地区,进行了高血压并发症分析。对影响寿命的因素探讨,认为遗传、作息环境、性别与性格、饮食与习惯等因素,对人类寿命长短均有重要意义。实验室检查,经统计处理在性别之间无显著差异,但个体之间有9项测定指标存在显著或非常显著差异。对老年多发病白内障、心脑血管病、慢性肺部疾患及气管炎症所致心肺功能不全,提出预防意见。 |

| The results of epidemiological survey in Liaoyang city of 138 cases of aged over 90 were reported. It was found that, the blood pressure of this group of population was different from other district. The complications of hypertension were analysed. The factors influencing the life were discussed. It was believed that, the longlived peaple were correlated with genetics environment. sex, temperament, deit, habit and etc. There was no significant difference between male and female as showed by laboratory examination. But 9 parameter detected among individuals was different or statistically significant different. Some attention should be paid in the prevention of senile cataract, Cardio-Brain-Vascular diseases, heart-pulmonary function inadequacy infection due to chronic bronchopulmonary were also discussed. |
