| 本文报告了1986年对我国五个地区994名健康成人、373名儿童和100例肺炎病人进行三种军团菌抗体检测的结果。健康成人抗体阳性率(≥1:16)Lm为9.26%,Ld为9.05%,Lg为3.32%。儿童Lm为5.36%,Ld为2.14%,Lg为3.75%。肺炎病人抗体阳性率以Ld最高(44%),Lm次之(23%),Lg均阴性。提示我国南方和北方地区人群中均存在这三种军团菌感染的可能性,应予以注意。 |

| In 1986, 994 healthy adults, 373 children and 100 patients with pneumonia from five urban area in China were tested by using microagglutination test for the antibodies reacting with antigens of L.micdadei (Lm), L.dumoffii(Ld) and L.gormanii (Lg). The positive rates of the MA antibodies (≥1:16) against Lm, Ld and Lg in the adults were 9.26%, 9.05% and 3.32%, in the children 5.36%, 2.14% and 3.37%, and in the patients with pneumonia 23.0%, 44.0% and 0% respectively. These results suggested that the three non-pneumophila legionella infections were both in the north and the south of China. |
