中文摘要:

本研究采用1:1个体匹配的方法,收集了300例溃疡病现患与300个对照,进行了病例对照研究。经条件Logistic回归模型分析发现:在男性,吸烟、家族史、情绪忧虑、营养低下为溃疡病的危险因子;在女性,除上述四因素外,还有饮食不规则与情绪沮丧。本文对溃疡病的病因模式提出了设想。

英文摘要:

The 1:1 matched case-control study was undertaken. The associated risk factors such as smoking etc were investigated. Three hundred cases of peptic ulcer and 300 controls individully matched were interviewed. Conditional logistic regression was employed to examine the effect modification. The analytic results showed that Smoking, family history, nutrition, anxiety and depression were the risk factors of peptic ulcer. No relation was found between blood types and peptic ulcer.
