| 为帮助HIV检测实验室改进完善检测质量,建立了实验室质量评估方法并在1991年和1992年开展了两次中国质量评估活动。结果表明制定的质评方法特别是评分标准适用于我国具体情况,能客观地评估检测实验室技术水平。评估结果表明,我国重点HIV检测实验室的HIV检测技术已达到一定水平,可承担HIV检测的筛选及确认工作。 |

| For helping HIV testing laboratories to improve their testing quality, a national external quality assessment (QA) Program was established and 2 QA survey were carried out in 1991 and 1992. It suggested that the established QA program, especially the scoring system, was suitable for use in our country and could be used to evaluate the technical level of testing laboratories. The results of QA showed that the techniques of the regional HIV testing laboratories had reached a rather high level and could perform screening and confirmatory tests correctly. |
