| 本文总结了云南省1989~1992年常规监测和哨点监测的监测结果。1992年静脉吸毒感染率瑞丽市为80.8%,陇川县为43.0%,盈江县为17.4%,潞西县为3.7%,昆明市为0。比较三个县(市)的1990、1992年静脉吸毒感染率的变化,瑞丽市增长12.8个百分点,陇川县增长8.2个百分点,潞西县未见增长;哨点监测,陇川县戒毒所哨点、瑞丽市无关联血清哨点呈现增长;思茅在卖淫者中检出HIV(+)者,检出率为3.6%,西双版纳在嫖客中检出HIV(+)者,检出率为9.1%。 |

| This paper summarized the results of routine surveillance, sentinel surveillance in Yunnan province during the period of 1986 to 1992. In 1992. HIV infection rates of intravenous drug users (IDUs) were 80.7% in Ruili city, 43.0% in Longchuan county, 17.4% in Yinjiang county, 3.7% in Luxi county and 0 in Kunming city respectively; the comparison of the change on the HIV infection rate of IDUs between 1990 and 1992 showed that the rate in Ruili city increased by 12.8%, the rate in Longchuan grew by 8.2%, but the rate in Luxi did not go up; On the sentinel surveillance, the rates in Longchuan drug treatment center went up. In Shimao, the HIV positive were detected in prostitutes and the HIV positive rate was 3.6%. In Xishuangbanna, the HIV positive percentage among sex clients was 9.1%. |
