| 笔者报道了河北省乐亭县一养兔专业户患布鲁氏菌病的流行病学概况。对该户三口人的流行病学接触史、临床表现以及血清学、细菌学的检查,确诊2例布鲁氏菌病病人。同时对其家中及周围户接触密切的牲畜和饲养动物进行了血清学、细菌学检查,查清了传染源是病人家饲养的狗感染了羊3型布鲁氏菌,并做了流行病学分析。提醒养狗者注意,防止由狗感染布鲁氏菌而引起人的发病。 |

| This article reports epidemiologic investigations on the occurrence of brucellosis in a rabbitry family in Laoting County, Hebei Province. Three persons of this family were all examined. The results of examinations by serolegy, bacteriology, clinical observations, and epidemiological history showed that:Two of the three cases were suffering from Brucellosis. Domestic animals in this house and the domestic animals. and feeders in the neighborhood were investigated by serology and bacteriology. The results demonstrated that the source of infection was the dog fed by the family and infected by Brucella sheep biotype Ⅲ. |
