| 目的：为识别常见伤害原因和需要优先解决的问题,为制定小学生伤害干预措施和进行监测提供依据。方法：调查广州市某小学全体学生 1年中的伤害发生情况,并描述受伤情况。结果：40.1%的小学生在 1年中受到 1种及以上不同程度的伤害。男生伤害发生率 ( 43.1% )高于女生 ( 36.6% )。常见受伤类型的发生率为跌伤 ( 2 5.5 % )、碰伤 ( 12.1% )、刀割伤 ( 6.6% )、车辆伤 ( 6.1% )、烧烫伤 ( 5.7% )和鱼刺卡喉 ( 5.6% )。对受伤原因、次数、地点、部位、伤后处理等问题进行了分析。结论：伤害的发生尽管频繁,原因复杂,但它是有可能控制和预防的。调查表中用不完全开放式回答搜集伤害发生的详细情况是可行的 |

| Objective：To discern the types and causes of injury commonly occurred in pupils and to give guidance on injury control programs and injury surveillance systems in pupils.Methods：Injuries and related factors occurred during previous year among all pupils at a primary school in Guangzhou were surveyed by questionnaire.Results：40.1%of the pupils experienced 1 or more injuries at different degreesof severity.The rate of injury in boys(43.1%)was higher than in girls(36.6%).The common causes of injury were fall(25.5%),collision(12.1%),knive cuts(6.6%),traffic accident(6.1%),burnt(5.7%)and fishbone caught in throat(5.6%).Causes,times,places parts and treatment of injuries were analysed.Conclusion：Injuries occur frequently with complex causes,but can be controlled and prevented.The design of a semi-opened questionnaire is practicable for collecting details of injury. |
