| 1999～2001年房县7～15岁儿童共有220 268人,发生意外死亡71例,平均意外死亡率为32.2/10万.其中男54例,女17例,男女之比为3.18∶1.7～15岁儿童男女人数之比(3年平均)为1.14∶1,男性意外死亡率46/10万,女性16.5/10万,男女意外死亡差异有显著性(χ2＝14.9,P＜0.005).3年平均意外死亡率:溺水18.6/10万,意外中毒6.4/10万,车祸2.3/10万,电击死亡2.7/10万,意外跌落0. 9/10万,其他1.4/10万. |

| Fangxian county from 1999 to 2001 children aged 7 to 15, 220, 268, 71 cases of accidental deaths occurred, the average accident death rate was 32.2/10. The male 54 cases, female 17 cases, the ratio of male and female was 3.18:1.7 ~ 15 years old children than the number of men and women (3 years on average) was 1.14:1, male accidental deaths of 46/10, 16.5/10 women, men and women have significant difference accidental death (chi-square = 14.9, P < 0.005). 3 years average mortality: 18.6/10 drowning, accidental poisoning of 6.4/10, the accident of 2.3/10, shock of 2.7/10 death, accidental fall 0. 9/10, other than 1.4/10. |
