| 目的 了解北京地区吸毒人群的人口学特征、行为学特征及改变情况。方法 采用自填式问卷,分别在 1 998和 2 0 0 0年随机抽取某戒毒所的吸毒人群,进行纵向调查。结果 2 5岁以下吸毒者比例从 1 998年的 1 8.7%增加到 2 0 0 0年的2 8.2 % ;女性吸毒者从 2 0 .5 %增加到 34 .6 % ;个体经营者吸毒人数增加明显,从 1 5 .2 %增加到2 5.9% ;约 50 %的吸毒者为初中毕业,但小学及以下文化程度者从 8.5 %增加到 1 5.1 % ;2 0 0 0年和 1 998年相比未婚吸毒者从 40 .8%增加到 53.2 % ;1 998年和2 0 0 0年分别有 1 6 .5%和 1 1 .9%的吸毒者共用注射器,57.3 %的共用注射器吸毒者毒伴不固定 ;1 998年和 2 0 0 0年婚外性行为的比例分别为 1 2 .5%和2 7.5 %,婚外性行为比例有所增高,婚外性行为者平均性伴数为 2个 ;与 1 998年相比,2 0 0 0年吸毒者中每次性行为时使用避孕套比例有所增加,但仍有47.7%的吸毒者性行为时从来不用避孕套。b>结论 由于吸毒人群的大量增加,共用注射器和高危性行为仍很普遍,北京地区吸毒人群中发生HIV流行的可能性依然存在 |

| Purpose Objective to understand the demographic characteristics, behavioral characteristics of drug users in Beijing and change the situation. Methods using the fill in the questionnaire, respectively in 1998 and 2000 randomly selected wuhan.the drug users, longitudinal survey.Results The results under the age of 25, drug addicts ratio increased from 18.7% in 1998 to 28.2% in 2000.Female drug users increased from 20.5% to 20.5%;The number of self-employed drugs significantly increased from 15.2% to 25.9%;About 50% of the drug addicts for junior high school graduation, but the primary and the culture that hath increased from 8.5% to 8.5%;In 2000 and 1998, compared with single drug users increased from 40.8% to 40.8%;In 1998 and 2000, respectively, 16.5% and 11.9% of drug users sharing syringes, 57.3% of the share syringes with no fixed drug addicts poison;In 1998 and 2000, the proportion of sex outside marriage were 12.5% and 27.5% respectively, higher proportion of sex outside marriage, sex outside marriage is the average number of sexual partners is 2;Compared with 1998, 2000 drug users in each sex proportion of condom use increased, but there are still 47.7% of drug users had never used a condom. Conclusion because of the large increase, drug users sharing syringes and high-risk sexual behavior is still very common, the possibility of HIV in drug users in Beijing pop is still there. |
