      戊型肝炎病毒(hepatitis E virus,HEV)是1982年发现的一种新型肝炎病毒[1],当时称为肠道传播的非甲非乙型肝炎病毒,1989年正式命名为HEV.其基因组为单股正链RNA,全长约7.2 kb,基因组编码区有3个开放读码框架(ORFs).HEV至少有8个基因型[2];基因1型和2型分别为亚非型和墨西哥型;美国的猪和人HEV为基因3型;中国的北京株和台湾株HEV属于基因4型;欧洲株、意大利株和希腊株等属于HEV基因5~8型.HEV主要经粪-口途径传播,有流行和散发两种形式.流行主要发生在发展中国家,多因水源被污染引起.散发主要发生在欧美一些发达国家,患者多有到流行区的旅游史,但也有的患者发病前未到过流行区.为弄清楚HEV感染和流行的真正原因,各国学者对HEV的动物宿主进行了大量研究,并取得了不少的进展,现综述如下.

      Hepatitis E virus (HEV) hepatitis E virus comes, was discovered in 1982, is a kind of novel hepatitis virus [1], then called the spread of the gut not armour hepatitis b virus, 1989 officially named HEV. Its genome for single strands of RNA is chain, total length of about 7.2 KB, genome encoding area there are three open reading frames (ORFs). At least eight genotype HEV [2];Gene type 1 and type 2 respectively in Asia and Africa and Mexico;Pigs and people in the United States HEV genotype 3;China's Beijing and Taiwan HEV strains belong to genotype 4 strains;Europe, Italy and Greece of strains belong to HEV genotype 5 ~ 8. HEV is mainly spread through dung -- the mouth, is popular and sends out two forms. Popular mainly in developing countries, caused by water polluted. Distributed mainly in Europe and some developed countries, the patient has a history of travel to endemic areas, but some patients before onset before the epidemic area. To find out the real reason for HEV infection and popular, scholars from all over the world a lot of work on animal hosts of HEV, and made a lot of progress, is summarized as follows.
