      目的检测职业接触汽车废气的人群中血清p53蛋白的过表达情况,分析经常大量接触汽车废气是否增加了p53基因异常的危险性。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验检测血清中p53蛋白的表达,采用卡方检验对工种与血清p53蛋白表达之间的关系进行分析。结果交警外勤人员血清p53蛋白的过表达率为5.74%,高于内勤人员(4.89%),但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。外勤人员工龄30年以上组血清p53蛋白过表达率为12.12%,高于30年以下组(5.36%),P<0.05,OR=2.43,95%CI:1.11~5.33;平均每周接触汽车废气40h以上组的血清p53蛋白过表达率为6.89%,远高于40h以下组的4.16%,二者的差异具有显著性(P<0.05,OR=1.71,95%CI:1.03~2.81)。结论经常大量接触汽车废气可能增加了p53基因异常的危险性,从而使得肺癌的危险性增加

      Objective Serum p53 pro tein overex pressio n was de tected in populatio n ex posed to traffic ex haust gas to study the relation between traffic exhaust gas and the increased risk in p53 g ene mutution.Methods Serum p53 protein ex pressio n was measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay.Relatio nship between different types of job and serum p53 pro tein overex pression were studied by pearson Chi-square tests.Results Results on serum p53 pro tein overexpression on jobs outside of office (5.74%)were not sig nifincently hig her than jobs inside the office.However, it sug gested that traffic police men (12.12 %)working outside of office, with whose leng th o f service lo nger than 30 years had a sig nificant ov erex pression of serum p53 pro tein than the others (5.36 %)whose leng th of service was less than 30 y ears (P <0.05, OR =2.43, 95 %CI :1.11-5.33).Overexpression rate of p53 pro tein appeared to be 6.89% in the group whose average weekly exposure hours were more than 40 hours, which was sig nificant hig her than the g roup whose exposed hours were less than 40 hours (P <0.05, OR =1.71, 95 %CI :1.03-2.81).Conclusion The result sug gested that traffic ex haust gas was likely to cause mutation of p53 g ene and increasing the incidence of lung cancer.
