| 目的探讨肠易激综合征(IBs)患者的生活质量状况。方法在西安市2所综合医院选取连续的411例IBS患者，其SF一36量表中8个维度的得分以及生理功能总分和心理功能总分与430名健康对照者的得分相比较。结果IBS患者在SF一36量表所有8项维度的得分比健康对照者显著降低(P结论IBS患者生活质量明显受损。分析结果有助于更好了解IBS对患者功能和健康的影响。 |

| 0bjective To evaluate and compare the health-related quality of life(HRQOL)onpatients with irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).methods Following the RomeⅢCriteria，411 IBS patientsand 430 healthy people were selected as subjects，who were outpatients in Department of Gastroenter0109y，2nd HoSpital of Xi’an Jiaotong UniverSity and Shaanxi Provincial People’s HoSpital from July 2006 to Aprn2007.Using the 36一Item Short.Form Health Survey(SF一36).This study compared the SF一36 scale scoresof IBS patients with the healthy people.results On aU of the 8 SF一36 scales，patients with IBS scoredsignificantly lower than healthy people(P<0.001).Decrements in HRQoL were most predominant ingeneral health perceptio札and role limitatiens caused by emoticnal health problem，with scores of 33.5±16.9，40.8±25.1 respectively.The emotional well-being and energy／fatigue scale scoreS were also quite low(42.2±19.3，43.1±20.2，respectively).They also scored significantly lower on both phySical summaryand mental summary scores(Pconclusion IBS patients experienced great impairment in HRQOL These dataoffered further insight into the impact of IBS on patient functional status and wen-being. |
