| 目的描述北京地区已婚妇女下生殖道感染现状，分析其危险因素，并探讨其与官颈I:皮内瘤变(CIN)的关系。方法用分层抽样的方法，随机选取北京市部分礼区作为研究现场，对6339名25～54岁已婚妇女进行问卷调查、妇科检查和实验室检测。结果北京地区25～54岁已婚妇女下生殖道感染检m率为11.4％，细菌性阴道病枪出率为8.7％，滴虫性阴道炎和外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的检出率分别为1.0％和1.7％。妇女下生殖道感染的危险因素主要有年龄、文化程度、职业、经济条件、性伴侣数、怀孕次数以及避孕方式。多因素logistic同归分析危险因素为不使用避孕套避孕、性伴侣>/2个和年龄在30-49岁间。细菌性阴道病与CIN以及合并人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染相关。结论北京地区25～54岁已婚妇女下生殖道感染率较低，但仍存在一些危险因素；细菌性阴道病与CIN以及合并HPV感染相关。 |

| Objective To determine the prevalence and determinants of the most commonly seen lower reproductive tract infecfions among women aged 25-54 years in Beijing.Methods The study population consisted of6339 women aged 25-54 years in 137 communities of Beijing.Focus of
this study was to understand the prevalence of the following diseases as:bacterial vaginosis，trichomoniasis and vulvovaginal candidiasis.In addition to their prevalence rates，a generalizedequation for estimation waS used to analyze those infection.associated factors.Results The overall infection prevalence in the lower reproductive tract WaS 11.4％.including bacterial vaginifis aS 8.7％，trichomonads as 1.O％and vulvovaginal candidiasis as 1.7％.Factors which were found to be significantly associated with lowgr reproductive tract infections in women were age。profession，family income.number of sex partners and frequency of condom use during sexual contacts.In patients with bacteriaI vaginitis.both prevalence rates of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia and infection of human
papillomavims were high.Conclusion The prevalence of the most commonly seell lower reproductive tract infections among women aged 25-54 years in Beijing was lower than other areas in China.Lower reproductive tract infections seemed to be related to 30-49 years of age。nongovernmental employee， overty，highernumber ofsex partners and not using condoms during sexual contacts. |
