| 目的 了解哈尔滨市大学生自杀意念发生情况，分析其影响渊素。方法 采用分 层随机整群抽样的方法 ，用自编自杀意念、行为及危险闪素调杏表、自杀接受程度量表和社会支 持量表作为工具对黑龙江省6所高校(哈尔滨上程大学、哈尔滨陕科大学、黑龙江人学、黑龙江科 技学院、哈尔滨师范大学和哈尔滨工业大学)的5240名学生进行I'廿J卷调查，评估大学牛自杀意念 的发牛率及在不同困境下考虑自杀的可能性。结果 哈尔滨市入学生中有9.1％的人曾经有过 自杀意念，1％的人有自杀未遂行为。logistic同归分析显示自杀意念的影响闪素有性别、专业、父 母关系、社会支持情况、对自杀的接受情况以及自杀未遂既往史。结论 大学生自杀意念现状不 容忽视，为减少大学生自杀行为应采取针对性措施提高大学生心理健康水平。 |

| Objective To understand the status of suicidaI ideation and attitudcs towards suicide among university students in Harbin as well as the influencing factors.Methods A multi.stage s仃atified random clustered sampling procedure was used to select tmiversity students(n= 5240)who were aged l 6-43 years.jn Harbin.Factors associated with suicidalideation were analyzed with logistic regression by demography characteristics and scores on the suicide acceptability scale and the social support rating scale(SSRS).Results According to our data，9.1％of the respondents had suicidal ideation and l％had made a suicide attempt.The influencing factors for suicidal ideation were gender，major，relationship between their parents，acceptance on the idea of suicide attempt， the state of social support and the history of suicide attempt.Conclusion The suicidal ideation of university students in Harbin should not be neglected.Measures should be taken to improve the quality of mcntal health and to reduce the ratio of suicide behavior among college students. |
