| 目的 明确苏州地区腹泻婴幼儿博卡病毒感染情况、病毒主要基因型别及其流行病学特征。方法 收集2010-2011年苏州市儿童医院疑似病毒性腹泻患儿粪便标本832例(份),采用荧光定量PCR方法检测粪便中博卡病毒DNA,并对部分阳性标本测序明确病毒基因型。结果832份粪便标本检出博卡病毒阳性5l份,阳性率为6.1%。7~9月为博卡病毒感染高峰；96%的患儿为<2岁,其中7～12月龄为高发年龄段；男性患儿多于女性；36例合并其他腹泻病毒感染。对35份博卡病毒阳性标本进行测序,其中28份为HBoV-I型,5份为HBoV-2型,2份型别未确定,未发现HBoV-3型及HBoV-4型。结论苏州地区婴幼儿腹泻标本中博卡病毒以HBoV-1型为主,I司时存在HBoV-2型感染。 |

| 0bjective To investigate the stalus of human bocavirus and to indentify itsepidemiological characteristics as well asgenotypedistributton in patients with infantile viraI diarrheain Suzhou.Jiangsu province.Methods 832 fecal specimens from patientswithinfantilevirusdiarrhea cases were collected from Suzhou Children’S Hospital in 2010-2011.Human bocavirus weredetected by Real，Time RT-PCRand genotypeweredetermined by sequence analysis.ResultsAmong alI the fecal specimens.5 l(6.1%)cases were positive for humanbocavirus.The peakseasonofrotavirus infection was between July and September.Of all the episodes on rotavirus diarrhea.96%occurred before 2 years of age.with peaks in children with 7-12 months of age.Data from NucleotideSequence analysis showed that among 28 samples thatcarrying HBoV-1.5 strains belonged to HBoV-2.HBeV type 3 but type 4 were absent.Conclusion Htlnlan bocavims were detected fromfecalspecimens of infantile virus diarrhea in Suzhou.with genotype HBoV-1 as the major strain.HBoV-2 genotype was also found. |
