| 随着新型毒品在全球男男性行为人群（MSM）中的广泛流行，其诱发的高危性行为使滥用新型毒品的MSM成为HIV高风险亚人群。近年来，该人群的HIV新发感染率虽有所下降，但仍处于较高水平。这一情况受到多种因素的影响：人口学特征如低年龄、文化程度差异与高流动性增加了HIV新发感染的风险；行为模式层面，新型毒品的使用方式，多性伴、群交等高危性行为及复杂的性网络进一步放大了这一风险；暴露前预防等健康服务依从性不足以及心理健康问题同样加剧了HIV新发感染的风险。本文对滥用新型毒品MSM的HIV新发感染情况及影响因素进行综述，以期为今后开展相关研究提供参考依据。 |

| With the increased prevalence of club drug use in men who have sex with men(MSM) worldwide, high-risk sexual behaviors have made club drug-abusing MSM a key population at high risk for recent HIV infection. Despite the decrease in recent years, the incidence of recent HIV infection is still high in this population, which is influenced by multiple factors, such as demographic characteristics, including young age, differences in educational attainment, and high mobility, and behavioral characteristics, including club drug use pattern, multiple sexual partners, group sex, and complex cross-group sexual networks. Inadequate compliance with health services, including pre-exposure prophylaxis, and mental health disorders also contribute to the elevated risk for recent HIV infection in this population. This paper summarizes the status of recent HIV incidence in club drug-abusing MSM and the influencing factors to provide reference for relevant research in the future. |
