Abstract:
      登革热(dengue fever,DF)是一种急性虫媒传染病,其病原体为登革病毒(dengue virus,DV),属于黄病毒科黄病毒属,分为4种血清型(DV 1～4).DV可引起人类一系列疾病:隐性感染、登革热和登革出血热(dengue hemorrhagic fever,DHF),严重的还可导致登革休克综合征(dengue shock syndrome,DSS).
