| Abstract: |
| 目的引入绝经期生存质量量表(MENQOL),并测定其信度、效度和反应度。方法将MENQOL译成中文并回译,30例预调查后,对409例确诊为更年期综合征的患者进行问卷调查,采用描述性分析,推断性分析等方法,测评量表的信度、效度、反应度。结果因子分析得出7个公因子,累积贡献率为59.476%,与各维度的相关系数比较,表明中文版可产生4个维度,包括(血管舒缩症状、心理状态、生理状态、性生活),与英文版本的4个维度相同;重测4个维度的相关系数分别为0.806、0.804、0.941、0.940;量表4个维度的克朗巴赫系数分别为0.7258、0.8234、0.8475和0.8641;量表能敏感地反应治疗前后生存质量的变化。结论MENQOL中文译本经初测效度、信度和反应度比较满意,适合中国更年期妇女的生存质量评测。 |

| Objective ?? To introduce Menopause??Specific Quality of Life ( MENQOL) into China, and to evaluate the quality of its Chinese Version. Methods ?? MENQOL was translated into Chinese languag e and the rev erse translation was done by several specialists. After retest study on 30 cases, validity, r eliability and responsiveness were implemented in 409 cases wit h menopause syndrome in the multicenter study. Results?? 7 components w ere ex tracted in factor analysis, and the total cumulative contribution w as 59. 476%. By corr elatio n analysis, 7 components w ere div ided into four domains: vasomotor, psychosocial, physical and sex ual items, same as in the English Version. The test??retest reliability of four domains were 0. 806, 0. 804, 0. 941, 0. 940 r espectively. Cronbach ?? of four domains w ere 0. 7258, 0. 8234, 0. 8475, 0. 8641 r espectiv ely. T here had been sig nificant chang es after treatment not iced. Conclusion ?? The measur ement proper ties of MENQOL??Chinese Version including effectueness, reliability were met w ith sat isfaction and seemed to be adaptable to Chinese menopause women. |
