| 未加识别或控制的混杂因素和偏倚会影响流行病学研究中因果关系的准确判断。目前已熟知队列研究中可能出现的选择偏倚及失访偏倚，为此笔者复习了队列研究中可能存在的依时混杂偏倚及其控制方法，并通过实例提出随访时间偏倚的概念及其控制方法。 |
