| 在普种麻疹疫苗的孟村县逐年进行血清流行病学监测,当带入麻疹时,儿童麻疹抗体阳性率在73.3~94.2%之8个大队及接种疫苗阳转率在74%以上的6个大队均只有个例散发而无流行。此数字可供估计农村地区儿童麻疹免疫状况及预测疫情之参考。对116续发病例分析半数未接种,主要因有“麻疹史”或大年龄与不足龄及漏种;半数已接种过疫苗除部分1岁前接种者外,41例系因疫苗保管不当造成集中爆发。因此对疫苗和接种质量应重视,对免疫方案应适当改进。发病与免疫后年限无明显相关。接种者发病主要为轻型。 |

A seroepidemiologic surveillance was carried out in a universally immunized populatino at Mengcun County year by year. When patients with measles were introduced with only a few exception sporadic cases, no outbreak of measles occurred among vaccinees in 8 brigades where specific antibody-positive rate of children was found to be 73.3% to 94.2% whereas in 6 brigades where the seroconversion rate after vaccination with attenuated viruses were higher than 74%. These figures might be useful as a reference in estimating measles immune status for measles among children in rural area and in surveilling a possible measles outbreak. An analysis of 116 secondary cases showed that about half of the cases had not been vaccinated owing to the fact of having either a past history of measles or being older or younger than the age usually set for inoculation, or having been missed.
Regarding the other half of the 116 cases, it was known that 41 cases had been inoculated with a batch of measles vaccine kept under improper storage； whereas a part of measles cases were vaccinated at the age under one. It was emphasized that great attention should be paid in handling the vaccines and the schedule for measles vaccination should accordingly be improved.
There was no evident correlation between the manifestation of the illness and the time elapsed after measles vaccination. The symptoms of the patients who had received inoculation with attenuated measles viruses were somewhat milder. |
